"Nordstrom Rack gets me every time, and..."
Nordstrom Rack gets me every time, and that’s on me. I’ll go on Nordstrom Rack looking for one thing and somehow end up browsing shoes, jackets, and random designer finds I definitely didn’t plan for. The selection is really good, and the markdowns make it even harder for me to behave. Sizes can disappear fast, but I can’t really blame them for that. I also like that it’s not all fancy stuff, I’ve found plenty of everyday basics too. It’s easy to browse, maybe a little too easy for someone like me who has no self-control when I spot a good deal.

I remember feeling a bit stressed when I first asked for a refund, because I expected it to turn into a whole back-and-forth. But it was completely hassle-free, and the money came back way faster than I thought it would. Such a relief.

"Way Better Than I Expected"
I ordered a pair of boots and a sweater from Nordstrom Rack, i’m kind of shocked at how good they are. The boots feel super sturdy and not cheap at all, like I immediately wanted to wear them everywhere. And the sweater? So soft I could basically live in it. I’ve already washed it twice, and it still looks great, which feels like a tiny miracle. For the price I paid, I’m seriously so happy with the quality

"Pretty smooth overall"
I ordered a jacket for store pickup and it was ready the next day, which was great. I also had another order shipped to me, and that one took a little longer than I expected, but the tracking worked fine the whole time. The extra delay was kind of unnecessary, but overall it was still a good experience.

I mostly shop at Nordstrom Rack for the discounts, honestly. Some of the deals are really good, especially with shoes and jackets, those I’ve found the best ones on. Not everything is super cheap feeling, though, so I usually compare prices first before buying. Shipping sometimes can add up more than I expected, but overall I’ve saved money here, and I’d probably use it again

I ordered a pair of Nike shoes and a jacket, i was ready to be annoyed if anything showed up fake or messed up. But both items were legit, tags and all, and shipping was actually fine too. So yeah, I can’t really blame them for anything here. I’d buy from them again.

I usually have good luck browsing nordstromrack.com, especially when I’m looking for shoes or jackets. They’ve got a solid mix of stuff, but if you see your size, don’t wait too long because it can sell out fast. I’ve had a couple things vanish from my cart before I could check out, which was super annoying. Still, I keep going back because I almost always end up finding something worth grabbing

"Tracking was easy to follow"
The tracking for my order updated fairly quickly, and I could usually see where the package was along the way. It definitely made waiting for it a little less annoying.

"Order got canceled after I already paid"
I placed the order, checked out like normal, and then they canceled it afterward. The refund did come through fine, so at least there’s that, but it was still annoying. Their message had that polished customer-service wording that always makes me a little suspicious, like it’s trying to sound helpful without really explaining much. Not the worst experience, just frustrating.

"The rewards are actually nice"
I shop at Nordstrom Rack more often than I probably realize, though I conveniently forget that part when I’m checking out. The rewards have added up quicker than I expected, and I got some money off my last order, which was a nice surprise. I can’t remember exactly what I bought that time, but I do remember feeling like the sale price got even better.

"Return label issue got sorted out"
I had to reach out to Nordstrom Rack customer service because my return label wasn’t showing up correctly. The chat did take a little while to connect, which was kind of annoying, and the first email response felt generic. But once I got connected with an actual person, they were really nice and fixed it without making it a whole thing. Giving 4 stars just because of the wait, but overall it was handled fine.

So... I ordered a pair of jeans and some sneakers from nordstromrack, and both ended up fitting pretty much exactly how I expected. I just went with my usual size and didn’t have to deal with any returns, which was a relief. The sizing info on the product pages seemed accurate too. I was a little unsure since sale items can be hit or miss, but everything worked out for me.

I ordered a few tops and a pair of shoes from Nordstrom Rack, and everything showed up exactly as I picked it. The sizes, colors, and items were all correct, which I was sorta relieved about. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but the order itself was totally fine. I’d shop there again.

When you cannot honor a order shipping date and cannot tell the customer when there order is coming the customer should be able to cancel the order. explain why you refuse to do so ?
