Nordstrom Rack Reviews

They opened up Nordstrom Rack in Toronto relatively recently. It's right in downtown Toronto so I don't have to go outside of the city anymore for a good deal in outlets. It became my first stop to check for anything from socks to winter jackets. I go there first and if they don't have anything I like then I go somewhere else. Variety of brands and items is great. And you can get a real good deal sometimes.

Since I'm in Canada I can't go into Nordstrom Rack. Before COVID I was traveling to the US before and loved going to this store. Such great deals and clothes! I have been using the website and have had a really great experience.

I have been a fan of Nordstrom for 30 years, since I visited my first one in San Francisco.

I have a Nordstrom card and use it regularly for the points. But mainly I shop at Nordstrom Rack. I find great deals and have never had trouble with returns or anything. I was surprised to read they had a middling average. I was there today, returning some pants I bought online and bought my daughter some cheap, cute boots.

It's my go-to place for serendipitous finds and deeply reduced from retail buys.

So far have only ordered clothes and have been very happy with what I have received - hesitant to order things like shoes given reviews, but as far as clothes go - all been good quality, sizing has been correct, shipped in good time... will continue to buy shirts / shorts from the online Nordstrom Rack
Have learned to look for products made by the designer (showing up on their website) to do my best to try and ensure it is not 'made for outlet' clothes and other than a couple items, so far so good.
